      Absolute waste of time

      Pros

      good pay while structure of teams is completely disjointed across various countries there's attempt of creating office culture by regular meetups at local offices good benefits? (haven't got a chance to test them but they seem to exist)

      Cons

      I joined a dead project where absolutely nothing was happening. Management kept saying that everything was fine and that work would appear soon. I left the project before it was dissolved. While on the bench, the company failed to find me a suitable project, even though I noticed that they were recruiting for positions that matched my skills.

      Great culture, a lot of opportunities

      Cons

      Enterprise projects where you’re often seen as just a number rather than an individual. One day, your project might lay off half the team, and companies like SoftServe may not always find a new project for you right away.
