Hey - thanks for taking the time to feedback. We have dedicated onboarding plans and training that takes our CSS teams through to Inside Sales / Fields Sales or a technical path - so I am really surprised you are not seeing this. This should definitely not be the case - perhapsyou can reach out to your Local HRD or CCOE Leader to speak to them as we want all of our employees to be the best they can and develop. If for whatever reason you don't get any constructive feedback there (I would expect you get a good response) - then come to me or to the NORAM EVP Neil directly so we can reviewand improve.
