Remote apparently you get 30 days but it was hard to get any days off even when sick Some coworkers are nice

Poor management, upper and direct, never heard of leadership Direct manager led team by fear, blaming, arrogance, covering his own butt Some coworkers are back stabbing, mock you, play office politics Poor English reading and writing skills despite international nature of company, including direct manager and coworkers Poor benefits Poor salary Hard to take time off and balance your day Upper management does not understand how newest technology works Useless feedback, direct manager delivers by insulting, not constructive No training, company has 500 million profits but will not spend a single pound on your training, you have to pay yourself some people should have been fired and not in management positions, but since everyone is best buddies they will cover themselves Use this job and company as short term stepping stone, so not stay long term No career growth, you will be stuck in the same position for years
