      Pros

      Mission and values are amazing. Drive to help change and save lives is real. A lot of people with tenure who are passionate to help save lives. Overall good people and supportive environment. Plenty of growth opportunities. Growth mindset at all levels makes the organization feel flat. The voice of the workforce is collected, heard, and implemented.

      Cons

      No corporate-level design leadership or adjacent leadership field. Undervalued analytics in product development process leading up to and post launch. Need for more digital product development maturity and support.

      This is a really great company. Highly ethical, they treat employees with respect, and the pay is excellent for the job responsibilities

      Cons

      They will fire you if you don't hit your quota and some of the growth expectations are borderline unreasonable. Such as 30% growth on a product that's been on the market for 15 years or 4% growth on a product that's historically grown 2%. There's also far less professional growth opportunities than they advertise. Moving from one business segment to another is hard and moving from one job area like sales to marketing or customer support to sales is nearly impossible. The managers almost never leave so if you want to move into management you have to wait for someone to retire or get fired.
