Everyone has a selling price tag. People are told they are valued. That they think with heart but really have their heart in their wallet. Continously changing, reorganizing, and expecting continuous resilience post spin. Honesty is only fit for those in the inner circle. Smooth talking management persuades you to work hard only to turn around and dismantle your work/position

- on par pay - great benefits; particularly for major health problems. - a lot of remote work opportunities - leading technology

Cons

- poorly managed programs and product backlogs leave a lot of room for optimization efficiency. - implemented Agile but not really Agile. Really missing the mark here and thereby, losing out on the benefits and profits. - lack of ability to pivot and develop strong leadership, it's another corporation that sees people as a simple cog in the machine. During downtime, they cut valuable employees when Solventum really needs to revamp the way they operate and optimize their processes.
