      Pros

      My team was super nice, both solvo team and 'client team'. Everyone are kind are prepared to help in case you need it. They were flexible with some of my work hours during my team in college.

      Cons

      Solvo doesn't really motivates employees to become something else, to improve. Personally I think they are cheap with employees, there is a 3 month bonus to buy some clothes in local stores, but besides that there is not really more insentives for employees, except for the refering program

      Really good atmosphere and decent wage. Easy to get in with no experience at all

      Cons

      EXTREMELY fast paced environment. Definitely not fit for everyone. HR never listens to complaints either...
