-Remote Work possibility -Independence to work directly with the client -Flexible schedule

Cons

-The salary is a No-No, they offer a specific salary, but when you check they pay a portion of what’s offered is a “bonus”, they do that to avoid taxes and some benefits… Awful -Lack of growth; at least where I’m at, the client I started working for is the one I’ll be with until I quit bc they don’t allow any changes (or at least that’s what they say)
