Belonging to one of the biggest retail companies in Mexico Able to learn how to overcome office politics. Some top management executives dominate their fields

Cons

Compensation is below market average. Promotion is very difficult Bureaucracy is high. Culture still focused on time spent at the office, rather than productivity. Obsolete systems.
