Pros

Great Benefits Great Opportunities for personal development

Cons

Turnover was really high for the store manager position in our region. The store managers struggle to get work-life balance. Often times accountabilities come into play only when things go wrong or the results are not achieved. When goals are achieved or exceeded recognition is minimal. It is an unwritten expectation for a store manager to go into work on his/her day off when a partner (employee) calls in sick.
