Pros

The benefits. Flexible hours. Flexible schedule. Company recognition by the public. Other Baristas tended to be cool people to work with and the ability to work at other locations.

Cons

Store managers seem to run things with an excessive personal leaning. If you have an awesome manager, then things are great but I have also seen when one is out with the manager and they will make you work with someone you don't get a long with (despite asking not to work with that person). Or pass up people for promotions though they worked well with other staff, had great reviews and had a more available schedule than the one promoted.

Pros

Great benefits (medical, dental, and vision, 401K, Stock options) Provides great training resources.

Cons

working early mornings and open on holidays. Managers don't get paid time and a half on holidays but they are given a paid holiday to compensate. However, you must take it within 60 days or you will lose it.
