Pros

Discounts on product, free coffee while you are on the job, flexible hours if you are going to school, ability to network with customers, good part time job

Cons

I would not stay here forever. I am trying to get out, but it is a good first job or for something while you are in school. You get crappy customers and people who are rude to you or treat you like you are below them. Erratic work schedule, if you have an open availability one day you might open the next close, just a little unhealthy. too many fatty foods to sample, if you don't watch it you'll put on a few pounds. There can be some drama depending on who you are staffed with and i think they take cookies and mochas too seriously, nothing to get bent out of shape about.

Pros

relationships you build with customers, customer service skills, knowledge of product you are selling, opportunity to give back to the community you live in with an abundant amount of community service

Cons

if you are put on bad for too long and you work there for a long time (over a year at least) you begin to get carpal tunnel/ repetitive motion syndrome. some outside hire managers are unprofessional and dont know what they are doing.
