Pros

Great schedule, work environment, friendly people, competitive pay and employee benefits at part time! Discounted merch and complimentary tea and coffee. Definetely a positive experience after nearly 6 years at 4 stores!

Cons

Growth is promoted from within and the first big step is management which is a difficult and stressful position. Once proven as a manager it gets MUCH easier and I have seen it become a useful promotional step.
