Pros

Good benefits, good people, decent wages.

Cons

it's the food industry, and semi-fast food too. There's not much else to say about it.

Pros

So far starbucks has treated me amazing. Been with the company for about 6 months and they promoted me to a shift manager. Now that they have seen me in management they are putting me into the Asm position to work me towards my own store

Cons

Maybe the area not having many way to advance than I would like but then again ive always been a big city person so

Pros

It was a great working enviroment. You meet a lot of people, great way to make connections. You basically go to work and get paid to hang out with your friends.

Cons

Some business goals are unrealistic. Expect a lot from shifts for the amount of money that is paid. Too much responsibility for such a small title.
