Not bad

Pros

1 lb of free coffee a week, 30% discount, friendly coworkers, great customers, flexible schedule, benefits are not too bad (could be slightly better)

Cons

Advancement - If you want to move up you have to nag them. They are not good at telling you what you have to do next to get where you are going. Promotions - I don't feel they put the "best" person in places of authority. It seems to be based on how friendly the management team is with you wants to be moved up.

Pros

Very diverse company, some excellent co-workers, and some not so good trade school grads. The refocusing effort appears to be improving things gradually.

Cons

Diificult to work your way up the ladder here. It almost feels like the company tries to hire its stars instead of grooming them from within. Stock price is the grail.

Pros

Great benefits, laid back environment, great customers, free coffee, free drinks, good pay, fun people, best coffee ever, wonderful environment.

Cons

A corporation just like others and in the end it's about making money. It's getting too big and starting to remind me of McDonalds.
