      Pros

      Lots of freebies... drinks, pastries, a pound of coffee per week Many locations to choose from, particularly in heavily populated areas

      Cons

      Depending on store, work culture can be very immature Transferring to a different store is very difficult Some store managers take forever to get simple things like referral bonuses processed Employee favoritism and a lot of workplace drama Best employees are routinely given unpleasant assignments (drive-thru, deep cleaning) while new or weak employees are given pleasant assignments (front register, light cleaning)

      Great company to work for. Flexible schedules, fun working environment, health benefits and they help pay for school if you qualify. You also get tips!

      Cons

      Can be stressful at peak/rush times, especially with high-maintenance customers. Very corporate environment.

      Pros

      Flexible hours (for the most part), quick advancement from entry level to supervisor if qualified, many managers are fun and relaxed, great work for students.

      Cons

      Poor communication from management, constant changes with very little explanation and notice. Very poor recognition for superior work and leadership. job duties and expectations are constantly increased while raises (3% max) are held back for any "weakness", however slight. Typical corporate structure and environment.
