Pros

Benefits okay, used to be better until recession. 1lb of coffee a week, good perk! Being a manager is desireable because of salary and authority you have to do whatever you want !

Cons

HR and store managers are out to protect themselves, and resolution and complaint process is a not beneficial to store employees, only serves managers. Many store managers are inexperienced and hold to much authority. Long Beach, CA stores have many problems ofdten ignored and overlooked by inexperienced DM. Reviews not given timely and partner specific.
