Pros

The pros are that you get to learn about a lot of coffee.

Cons

Upfront you're told that the company values you, this is definitely not the case. I've been working for Starbucks for 3 weeks, and it's very apparent that I'm nothing more than a number. Even my direct superior refers to his employees as "bodies" rather than employees, let alone people. Starbucks is not trying to build a better community, they only value numbers.

Pros

Made good money and benefit package is great

Cons

Once you get to a certain age they make up false statement and situations about you to get you to resign or get fired. Happened to 6 of us on the same team.
