Pros

Awful, they do not care about their employees, they require a ridiculous amount of overtime, don’t care if you’re pregnant and need time off they will fire you for it.

Cons

Pay was decent but not worth being treated that way.

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for growth/promotion here with the right mindset. The people culture here is good- for the most part. Thrive if you can appreciate an environment that is moving fast, growing and changing. Job stability

Cons

If you prefer a stable, slower corp environment- you may not like this. If you are looking for every process to be documented and have instructions for you - this ain't for you. Company is growing and is working to build to a more mature auto finance company- along with it comes those growing pains. Some departments are not that great (leadership),but there are a lot of good ones too. Pay is not great.

Pros

Company car Quarterly commission Talented Peers across Sales

Cons

Leadership effectiveness appears inconsistent, with management styles that lean heavily toward micromanagement. Expectations placed on dealer partners are often perceived as unrealistic, creating strain across relationships. Interdepartmental communication lacks alignment, which can result in confusion and inefficiencies. Compensation does not always reflect workload or performance. In some cases, employees may find themselves mentoring colleagues in higher pay bands, which can impact morale. There has been discussion of incorporating AI-driven training tools in lieu of traditional coaching support, raising concerns about investment in human development. Advancement opportunities can appear opaque, and promotion decisions are not always perceived as merit-based. Feedback culture may at times feel overly critical rather than developmental. Instances of public criticism during sales calls have contributed to lower team morale. Cross-functional disagreements among senior leaders occasionally play out in visible ways, which can affect organizational cohesion. Overall, there is a perception among some employees that speaking candidly about concerns carries professional risk, contributing to a cautious workplace culture.
