Jobs are generally very easy.
Cons
They start you out working 6 days a week, 10 hours a day. Then in the winter, you are lucky to get 2 days a week. You are often moved out of the area you are trained in to go to another area because they are short help. And, you start off as a Supplemental Employee and takes 3-4 (or more) years to get hired in full time.
