      Pros

      Extended time off not requiring use of vacation (Christmas week off) so benefits are good. Pay is also adequate. Peers are generally decent and get along easily with others if you have work ethic.

      Cons

      Uncertain job future. Cutting shifts has been the "Norm" for previous few years. No raises for years. A bunch of redundant paperwork. Poor Culture rooted in bad habits.

      Pros

      Global large corporation, no shortage of work to do.

      Cons

      High workload, work life balance completely out of wack. Not easy to lateral to a different position within the company. High rate of experienced people leaving group. Mental health insurance is subpar.

      Great co-workers, problematic pay

      Pros

      The people are great and it's easy to build relationships with your co-workers. Job stability is high and it's easy to move around internally once you've been hired.

      Cons

      Raises are rare for corporate employees and new people come in at higher salaries, so there is a pay gap between the people who have been with the company for years and new employees. A lot of mergers and name changes.
