Great job propsects if you have a good manager who is willing to teach you and help you grow. Otherwise, get yourself a well placed mentor.

Cons

Local office has bad leadership unfortunately. HR function has hands tied. Too much office politics in the local office, lack of common sense of belonging to the company due to obscure-to-no dissemination of the company's strategy and how each member fits into the plan.
