very sad to see the direction that Swiss Re took

people - although the best ones left already flexible working time

Cons

toxic culture, dictatorship - at least in technology solutions unit psychological safety destroyed, people with great ideas are now afraid to speak up short term goals preferred over solid strategy kiss up & kick down behavior required for promotion HR and compliance teams not acting on reports
