Layoffs are so frequent that it is hard to do your job. It is full of smart and experienced people and there is no upward mobility.

Good company - too much internal politics

Good Benefits, great office, great canteen

Cons

Too much internal politics and power hungry management. Reorganizations are happening all the time (5 in 4 years, at some point I lost track of my department's name) decreasing stability just because senior management cares more about their own power than company's goals.
