A lot of work pressure, you will not get work on the skills you have. You may be asked to work on different technology. Specially data scientist role is very confusing. average salary for IIT and NIT graduates.

Awesome Office at EGL. WFH. Compensations. Gym. Food at Cafeteria. Work life balance. You will expert on your presentation skills :)

Cons

Travel time as ofc is center of Bangalore. Some times its difficult build repo with Zurich Teams. Nothing much if you have a good repo with your remote teams and management :) Talk more to sustain. :) So much presentations, less on Executions.
