      Pros

      Flexible time. Agile seating. Good compensation. People are friendly and helpful. A lot of exchanges between high level managers down to employees

      Cons

      Hierarchy so it might be hard to be promoted to management level. Some managers focus more on managing up than managing down. This reflects in the teams’ quality

      Pros

      Very sustainable company and promoting the same ideas to client and the society. Good work environment. Good staff benefit. Supportive staff members and good location.

      Cons

      Finance system and process are in complete mess. Historical manual works all over the models and unable for people to follow. Long hours spent on trying to cope with uncontrollable issues (eg. IT, data quality) rather than valuable things.

      Good but not for everyone, should re-consider how it spends its money

      Pros

      - work life balance is real in most departments. there are a few exceptions depending on the job type - company operates from a place where it trusts its employees first - good systems that don't leave employees struggling. this sounds small but after working at MANY companies, this is a big luxury.

      Cons

      - considers itself a knowledge company, but all that knowledge slows down processes, decision making, and eventually impacts the client. not a good environment for "movers and shakers" - salaries are reviewed only on a yearly basis and are hardly competitive for the Bratislava market. Relies too much on work life balance for being a reason to have people stay.
