      International, own the way you work concept gets more and more accepted, great learning and growing opportunities,

      Cons

      Certain departments have a lot of money to spend on travel and entertainement, as others are are squeezed to the max with no room to invite teams out for a cheep dinner as a thank you for great project work the three Business units start to develop their own culture and identity
