      401K match better than other companies Overall benefits package is average

      Cons

      Inexperienced and ineffective management. Promises for full training and on-boarding to sweeten the job offer; stuck into a dark corner with no direction, no training, little to no communication. Highly questionable hiring/review/termination practices. Management more concerned with hiring buddies from past companies versus talent equipped to get the job done.

      Beautiful surroundings to work in. Lots of young people working within company Very friendly environment to work in. Should you wish to progress in Pensions their are development opportunities & progression in exams.

      Pay requires bringing in line with the rate of inflation.
