      Pros

      Good work environment, plenty of facilities for employees, Swiss does take care of its employees very well, provided you get a good team and line manager it will be a very good learning experience

      Cons

      Very rigid top management, not open to new ideas, less pay, although the company and brand are good no use if you land up in a bad team. Because of people who are there in the company since forever there are not much growth opportunities, lots of internal politics and favouritism

      SwissRe offers good opportunities and in general a good place to work in. Great benefits and emphasize the importance of diversity in the workplace.

      Being a big multinational company, Swiss Re has a complex organisational structure which may be challenging to understand at first.

      Flexibility, 401K match, "most" people are good to work with

      Cons

      High stress, high demanding job & company. Global company so have to be available at all hours of the day. Tight deadlines. Not a lot of good leadership. A few great leaders and the rest are mediocre. Multiple projects and constantly changing the organizational structure.
