      Pros

      Very good working culture with a flexible work hours. There is a trust factor and support from the management to the genuine employees. Employees are empowered to do anything which adds value to the work and organisation.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are minimal. Since it is a lateral organisation, when there is some position open a lot of people are waiting and ultimately it goes the one who is senior.

      Standard benefits that you can find in other companies.

      Cons

      The difference in salary between a Manager and a direct report is huge and not proportional to the workload and responsibilities for a direct report . Ultimately there is a big number of managers and managers of managers who do not add value to the company and just generate expenses.
