Highly respected with great history. Genuine market leader in its core business. Management is willing to make and implement tough decisions. Strong and relevant corporate values.

Cons

Very Swiss. Decision making can be slow, and is prone to be driven too much by consensus. Too much focus on process and a constant desire to change those processes.
