Sometimes a bit too bureaucratic with long and slow decision steps, career progression is slow, not entrepreneurial enough and do not adopt to change fast enough

Nice culture and environment. No hierarchy among different bands. Emphasis on the relationship betweens colleagues. Tons of opportunities given to interns.

Cons

Some departments work overtime quite often. But not have enough head count to employ permanent staff, instead hire quite a lots of contracts and interns.
