      Company profile is very good. Employee oriented.Good work life balance. Good Bonus

      Company is very good but management is very harassing. Hike is very less. Recently, pressure has increased.

      Pros

      Swiss RE is one of the best companies to work for. They treat their employees very well. I always felt that my opinion counted, even though I was in an entry-level position.

      Cons

      With the headquarters being in Europe it seems that opportunities for those in the US are limited.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere, nice team, salaries are ok, flat hierarchy, attractive fringe benefits, great food in the cantine, nice buildings.

      Cons

      Very big firm where a lot of miscommunication is happening. This leads to processes being slowed down and raises inefficiencies.
