401k matching is unheard-of anywhere else. Perks like company sponsored happy hours and aperos were wonderful.

Cons

Monotonous, difficult to move around, raises are non-existent. Performance-review process is cumbersome, complicated, and not engaging. Management in other countries makes it very difficult to make any sort of impression. Could go a week or two without any conversation with line managers.

Cons

Bureaucracy. Sometimes impossible target setting just for target. Not very flexible in terms of strategy
