Great learning, can reach out to anyone for work, global interactions, some good global benefits

Cons

Local managements generally very bureaucratic and clumsy, weak in controlling management mis-behaviours, salary level mismatch very high between bands, not adviced for growth oriented, tends to develop laziness

Overall great company to work for. The benefits are nice and their 401K plan is unmatched. Love the location in Armonk but not a ton of corporate jobs outside of NYC.

Cons

Salary increases are definitely hard to come by. Bonus pool is typically as planned. Does not pay as well as finance industry but it is the reinsurance industry afterall.
