      Pretty good with salaries, not long hours, flexible, and interesting global staff

      Cons

      Can be stiff people to work with, internal politics problematic, bonuses not good, should have better training opportunities

      Great work life balance, attainable expectations. Strong management team in place.

      Cons

      Too many internal reorganizations is confusing for employees and customers. Also, things are not always dynamic enough. It shouldn't take months to get approvals for a minor change!
