the company provides employees one of very best class working environment all around the world; but work load is very high. They expect a lot from you to generate business, as well as contribution, ie) sharing Underwriting experience with colleagues, and knowledge sharing.

Cons

Work life balance, depends on line of business you are involved, or markets (ie. High growth market). Leadership of the company is good and fair, at least, but hard to satisfy all.

9-5 hours, challenging and dynamic work environment, good pay and generous bonuses if you perform well. Also offers stock profit sharing plan, v. good benefits including 401k double match.

Cons

Swiss-headquartered, management acts as if US were a "satellite" office even though we write 65%+ of the business. Will never win a "best company to work for" award in US given poor HR policies.
