Some useful experience to have on CV, touching many areas of the business. People were good to work with, and there was a good work life balance.

Cons

Undergoing significant change when I worked there, often with very conflicting demands from immediate managers who were constantly changing, pay and other benefits were minimal.

- Competent and friendly colleagues - Competitive salary, especially bonus - Strong corporate goals - Excellent and flexible benefits - Strong and thoughtful management - Smart offices, both in London and Zürich - "Own the Way you Work" - Very good in house training through the Swiss Re Academy

Cons

- Most opportunities appear to be in Zürich. - Periodic changes in organization structure, the benefits of which are not always obvious.
