Swiss efficiency, well organised, good benefits, nice people, dedication to quality, good work-life balance. Good christmas party, no expense spared!

Cons

Overly-complex procedures, a bit too hierarchical, Zurich have to sign off on everything. Confused about strategy - foray into capital markets and complex derivatives was a disaster.

Matrix reorg has left everyone confused with roles and responsibilities. Lack of work/life balance. Management discourages collaboration, favors silos. Front office disconnect with back office.

Cons

Too many guidelines, cumbersome processes, one size fits all approch. Top management does not lead by example, new vision is not clear.
