Great culture offset by confused management

Pros

Being an old European company, it still drives it great culture of being people-centric organization. HR is still effective and has a say.

Cons

The management seems confused on the company's direction. This is directly impact its performance and in turn, compensation paid to its employees. Further, lot of waste spending are done in name of culture and brand building, but has fallen way behind in terms of matching industry standards of compensation.
