      several very toxic, unpleasant and bullying colleagues whose behaviour was left unchecked, disorganised and unclear leadership, bad technology stack, lack of clear vision, management only supportive when it suits them

      Extended working hours Product division formed recently. Things are not stable in all aspects. Extended probation for many people with silly reasons Dont get trapped by European culture. Treat you as donkey Cuts on variable bonus pay Flat structure difficult to promote No internal opportunities No proper process in all depts HR, Software, release, appraisal & review.
