      Leadership is lost and dreamy. processes are really bad. They have no idea what customers need. many customers leaving or thinking of leaving already.

      Pros

      I have worked at Syntax for a little over a year and in that time I have received great feedback on what I am really good at and actual help improving on areas where I fell short of expectations. My direct manager all the way up to the founder is approachable and you can have meaningful discussions with them about the direction Syntax is taking and how you, as an individual, can grow with the organization.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is fence throwing, tossing work to another team without a proper handoff or expectations of what that team needs to do.
