Negative. Even management knows they are not heading anywhere. Only pros, if you lick better will get promoted otherwise be slave here.
Cons
Millions, stupid people are at top who don’t know how to manage team. They will give you penny to work whole day. CFO named as clown in Syntax doesn’t understand a little bit of work and push on you and then blame you. Show off always that they are growing but amount of people are leaving Syntax are way too high as compared to how much they are hiring. Join Syntax if you want to lose everything in your life- peace, money, respect and knowledge. On top they will force you to train juniors and then they will fire you for no reason as they are looking for cheap labor.
