Executive team constantly turns a blind eye to toxic leaders in the organization. They send a clear message that only results matter, not people. It is permitted to use intimidation and hostility to drive people so long as it supports revenue. The person that yells loudest is right at Syntax. As long as you are the one pointing fingers at others and accusing them not doing their job, you can survive at Syntax for years.
