Pros

- Compensation is reasonable for entry level Software Engineers - Fair amount of learning and career growth when initially joining - Tuition assistance program is helpful for those wishing to pursue higher education

Cons

- Compensation that is no longer competitive and non-remote work positions make it difficult to fill required team positions to make significant progress in quarterly deliverables - Can get 'stuck' on the same role because of team dependency and importance - Career growth is limited at a certain point and no guidance in moving up or to different positions

Cons

A lot of social justice warriors and extra fat to be trimmed from various extra scrum masters/managers
