Pros

- Great benefits: bonus, stock purchasing options, very generous severance. - The people are generally intelligent and kind.

Cons

- Executive leadership is tone deaf leading to a very poor overall moral of everyone below C-Suite . - High turn-over with lack of replacements, leaving everyone with more work - Rigid work conditions with inflexible and demanding hours with no full remote options. - Little to no upward mobility. Their promotion process is bizarre.. You interview with people who've never seen your work, as if you're a new hire. - Lack of Vision. T-Mobile follows absurd FAANG trends. Including mass layoffs (But great severance packages).
