Pros

The flexibility is great for school. The compensation is within current market expectation. It's a good entry level position for ones now coming into the job market

I can't really think of any right now. As with anything sales has its peak perks and as with any job that pays heavily on commission there are times you can make very little

Great company with good commission structure. Good benefits. Fun to work for.

Cons

RSMs (many, not all) I've dealt with are generally a waste of space. They sit in the back and do nothing.
