Pros

if you an experienced sales person you can make 40,000 if you hustle unless you are a Spanish speaker you get customers just because you speak the language. Good benefits but the cost doubled this year after obamacare. The more u sell the more hours you get. Everyone is part time so they can raise or lower you hours at will based on your activations and metrics from month to month. If you good you will get 30-35 hours or if you leadership is kudos from your performance and you make them look good you will get more hours.

Cons

Leadership bs you to get you to stay in your position and sell more. They will tell you anything to keep you in there store and selling for them if you are good with false promises. Even if you have 10 years of sales experience you will told you can grow with the company within 6-12 months. It's not true. Be ready to put in 3 yrs plus and win awards on the district and regional level first. They will just tell you what you want to hear. If your in a market where their are allot of Hispanic customers management will allow those reps to get away with fraud, and discrimination to co workers to keep their bilingual reps. They will also tell you that they are taking care of issues and do not. They care about keeping there nose clean and not honesty. Be ready to be dishonest to customer to get activations. They will tell you do this but will not own it and put it all on reps if customers figure it out.

Pros

Good benefits, flexible work hours good pay if you can sell.

Cons

I had a manner that didn't know anything about phones and was very rude and lazy. District manager was also ignorant and everyone knew her favorites.
