Wow where should I start? First off I've worked here for over four years and there is NO respect for loyalty. Full-time jobs are basically as common as seeing dinosaurs walk down the street and career growth? Don't make me laugh! Also if you ever want to transfer to a busier store to potentially make more money your manager will make stupid excuses to keep you in your current store like "oh we'll be understaffed" "you're too important to lose" etc. Also dealing with frustrating customers gets old after a while considering the things they complain about have nothing to do with you, but you're expected to kiss their butt and make it all better. Another thing which is always in sales is their "flavor of the month" basically every 2-3 months there is a metric that is more important than life itself and if you don't do well in that you'll get put on a "naughty" list, written up, sent to meetings and eventually fired

If you wind up with a manager that does not like you and much prefers to help those of their own race you are in for more of a uphill experience. Some are given opportunities while others have to make their own.
