Pros

Company culture and overall feel have dropped through the floor post-covid. But its still ok if you're young and don't want or need any kind of social life or to ever start a family.

Cons

Retail is now a naked funnel to fleece customers and their money to the executive team. You're just meat in the grinder, The whole un-carrier schitck was just a lawyer of grease to get the Sprint acquistion approved. And God save you if you ever work for a Third Party Retailer (TPR).
