      Pros

      Progressive company with a focus on social impact. Great employees who work hard and have dedicated long term careers to helping the company grow. Competitive compensation with RSU share holding options and bonus/commission structure.

      Cons

      Cult like culture that over works employees and creates an atmosphere of burnout. All about the bottom line and will sacrifice employee health and well-being by demanding huge work loads that just got worse since laying off 5,000 employees during a quarter of significant growth and performance.

      At lease you can learn some selling skills.

      Cons

      1. The store was not under the parent company's control. Some of stores sold their own accessories which actually didn't come from Tmobile. 2. The bonus rules were established by the owner his/her own. 3. The owner asked staffs to charge customers unnecessary fees.
